Serve the Lord with Gladness

Time and Talent - A Shared Mission

We are all called to participate in the Church's mission to celebrate and spread the Good News.  Here at Holy Name, we are blessed with so many generous and gifted people.  However humble our gifts and how varied, they combine to build up the Body of Christ.

"There is a variety of gifts, but always the same Spirit; there are all sorts of services to be done but always the same Lord: working in all sorts of different ways in different people.  It is the same God who is working in all of us."  Corinthians 12:4-7

In order for the liturgy to be carried out with the smooth flow and respect that it deserves, we ask that all ministers assigned to each mass arrive 15 minutes before the mass is scheduled to begin and to check in at the ministry table.  If someone does not show up, substitutes need to be secured well before mass begins as last minute searching causes uncertainty and delays.  Thank you for your consideration.
